A highly, excessively terrible place to work at. You're better off staring at a frickin' wall or licking the floor. Do yourself a favor and stay away please.

Poor at shift management and no benefit given

this factory dont give you a good benefit after working so long time (3years already) then you work to support each other without be give any bonus on public day. also they cut the OT day only one day be give for a week.

Productive workplace with minimal salary

Pros: - Fast-paced environment, learn a lot of things in MNC - Great platform to gain experience in the field of logistics - Team building, staff activities every quarter - Allowance, medical, in-house clinic, gym, training - Good quarterly bonus and annual bonus Cons: - Different position with different work task as assigned, which is very unfair with salary paid - A bit stressful, depends on which department and related parties you are working on - Very little increment, especially for entry level / non executives level

Company with great facilities and benefits. The work culture is also great.

Company with great facilities and benefits. The work culture is also great. The facilities that I meant is their sickbay is very comfortbale. You will get treatment immediately if you got sick and you will rest and given medicine so you can get well immediately. No need to going back to home.

Cheap foods at canteen and have a sickbay.

Cons

Work shift rotation. Should be one permanent shift only in my opinion.

The line leader and supervisor always make me feel welcoming and ready to guide me as a newcomers.Good companies have leaders that are decisive when it comes to steering the organization's course. They know how to build strong relationships and provide open communication with their employees. They motivate their team and hold everyone to high standards of responsibility and accountability.Also among the qualities of a good business is the motivation to do more than simply achieve financial success. Whether owners and their management teams are fueled by the love of business or the love of the product/service they are providing, they need to get enough out of the business to want to continue through tough times. This inspiration should be passed on to employees and encouraged as part of the company's corporate culture.A healthy company work environment is another important characteristic of a successful business. Workers should be suited to the jobs they do and policies should be designed to motivate them to achieve success. Businesses need to commit resources and time to training their employees, as well any independent contractors with whom they work. Great Flexibility and Culture. Pay could be better. This is a great company to work for if you are looking for a job out of college to build your skill set and resume. Raises are few and far between, but the company consistently hires amazing people and the culture is a great reason to stay.

A good place to begin

As an intern with potential permanent position, Flex has a lot to offer from challenges to benefits. It has a great office environment with great employees. Though there are questionable parts on Managers, it is mostly on personality. Hard part of the job is being ready to adapt on situations but with good co-workers, it can become enjoyable.

Good people and colleague

Flexible break time, such time can have breakfast, lunch and tea time. Good environment and safety at workplace. Not very impressive culture of work practice here.

Productive and fun work place , there is a table tennis to play in long hour break

Its Overseas Job and place is intercultural environment ,, we had table tennis games everyday on a long lunch break. People will teach you their languages and they are all caring people.
