overall everthing is ok if we can follow any rules, sop and other althgh you stll work at here..for me, i like and enjoy working here. This company also can make you clever about account because you always calculated the money..of course we have a lot money ( bag ).

No long term benefits

You can works here for as long as 10 years and not receive a single benefits such as yearly increments and bonuses. If others staff make a mistake the whole team would be penalize for it.

Good to earn money

Initial platform for fresh graduate.works as long as you can,try to make money here.a lots of overtime job,be punctual otherwise they will deduct your allowance

Professional enviroment

Highly recommended to other employees. Each day you will learn new things and build your self in a professional way. Accountable in final reconciliation. Three way of physical balancing and forecast . Most properly you will learn and get more knowledge at the banking line/ internal processing.

Good job but management poor. Need to improve. Manager as long no quality manager. Very dangerous inviroment work. Long times working hours. No meals allowonce.

Sistem pengurusan ok tapi waktu bekerja tidak flexsibel kerana perlu bekerja sabtu/ahad & public holiday...gaji permulaan rendah sikit tetapi jika dicampur dengan gaji OT boleh dikatakan lumayan.Kadar kenaikan gaji tahunan juga terlalu rendah walaupun kita mencapai KPI yang baik.

Comfortable and peaceful workplace.

Friendly environment workplace. Comfortable for work in that place. But the time duration is not suitable for me because it is not comfortable when continue education.

For those who want to find a good salary. No experience needed. This company run 24 hour operation. It good for who want to find the overtime paid. The working environment is good.

It is good place to work

Need some time to adapting the workplace. Everything just fine with less benefit which is only medical healthcare only. The cloth for work is white shirt, black long slack pant n a white sandal. The advertise was decoy which is their exact salary in the first 3 month is RM1300++ and after 3 month (if good dicipline n high commitment), the salary will raise till RM1700++. The basic for the first 3 month is RM1000 only and after 3 month of probation, the basic salary is RM1100 only.

Nice and happy working in safeguard .safeguard are make every staff to be a perfect n nice person after working in safeguard. SAFEGUARD also provide home, medical, transport all.

Management have a clear direction of the company

Able to contribute to achieve department's goal, budget & objective. Have to know-how on Finance matter - will directly prepare department Accruals, inventory report. A very comfortable culture
