The company provides the flexibilities to staff to choose the working hours which could work for them without disturbing the productivity & the work activity which need to be completed. Working from home is also a culture which allows employees to work from home at least a couple of days a week to ensure the productivity and the support provided for UK/US is not a burden to employees as the meeting hours may differ due to the time differences.

Nice working environment with good looking office and able to work different people from other countries. Fast pace and a lot to learn within short period in the company. Frequent change of management direction and office politics may not be a good environment for myself but if you can bear with it then its fine.
It is an amazing place to work. People from all different backgrounds working together toward a common goal. They are fun and very helpful people. I learnt accounting systems, launching a new software and KPIs.

As the Operations Manager, I've to ensure the production lines are running smoothly according to the agreed plans. The role requires me to be strongly engaged with the shop floor workers and other cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Technical Services, Logistic and Quality. The company has strong policies, guidelines and standards in pharmaceutical industry where it become a model/example to other local players in the country.

To improve productivity of employees
Work here was fine as the staffs were so friendly and helpful. My superior helped me with all the information because as a graduate in Mass Communication line,I had zero knowledge about procurement.
This company provides a good platform for learning and experience gain. The safety on site is always on top priority. The strict procedural management system allows the employees to work effectively. Its a very challenging workplace. The bonding and communication of intra-department is good, yet inter-department can be improved further.
Happy and light working environment, a lot of open doors for career improvement, nice and humble bosses, exercising work-life-balance and I must say one of the best company I had.
Free lunch, transpo, movie tickets, sportfest, team budget for recreation
Work starts with morning meeting to discuss the progress of various jobs. I learned to multitask and be independent in doing my job also be proactive and take the initiative if you want to learn, The management help me through a lot of things regarding my training and getting settled in. The co-workers were friendly and were willing to provide a helping hand when needed The hardest part of the job was having to get the job done independently with minimal assistance. The most enjoyable part is learning of all the new things.
Having supportive co-workers, a balance work/life environment
No proper training modules
This is a nice workplace with nice people. There are also many fun activities and opportunities to advance ourselves. This is actually a business service center, so there are chances to work with many people from other countries.
Lots of opportunities
