Fast paced, need to adapt quickly without supervision. HR should hire more experience personnel in related fields not fresh graduate. Fresh graduate would not survive and adapt in the company so quickly.

Learnt on Process of manufacturing of value added seafood. the hygiene, health certificate process. the hardest job is they still using the traditional method to conduct the business may impact the processing time. Overall t he benefit provide to staff is quite comfortable.
