Very stressful alot of pain and problems. Hold on and just pull through. Big company but they don't value their staff. It's so good to be in a company like this but not appreciated

My job as a customer experience agent is to greet passengers or drivers and provide certain information based on their questions given. What I learned is to listen to their inquiries and to keep calm to drivers or passengers if they are not satisfied with the service provided.The workplace culture is great. One of my hardest part of the job was when the calls started queuing up badly and to manage the talk time although insufficient of manpower but we manage to go through. The most enjoyable part of the job was when we create events of our own to kill our boredom.

this is one of the fast moving company in transportation fields. i have learn a lot from this company about the customer services in more details such as how to handle SLA,AHT,ACW and many more.

I had learned a lot on the transportation field and try out something really new beside of answering calls, doing emails and outbound calls bring out the skills that i did not discover as i can do such tasks in time given. The hardest part about the job is the schedule was not properly arranged. The most enjoyable part in workinf with grab is i was communicate with lots of different person a each and everyday in that point i could understand more on a person mindset or the way how to handle them .
