I learn most about customer service and sale.
I also learn about office management.
It quit challenged when u need to balance both job.
But i enjoy my job because of there is so many thing i can learn from there.
I also study about product knowledge. The manager didn't force the staff to learn product knowledge but as a worker in retail area we need to know much so when customer ask, we know the answer.
Working in this company you need to have a passion and interest towards retail industry. Without those two things, you won’t survive longer in the company. You will be working as a team in order to complete daily tasks with tight deadlines. Recommended for fresh grads to have a job on training in this company, as you will learn the reality of working environment. Management will evaluates your promotion based on performance. Bad performance, no increment, no promotion.
