Terrible management locally and globally. Garbage culture, it's a shame what has happened to the company and culture. High end criminals, they will fail.

Great Organisation to work for where your ideas are valued and team work is promoted. At time the bureaucracy in the organisation for getting things done makes you feel disappointed but I can see that is changing now.
Pros
Promote innovation
Cons
Too much bureaucracy

HSBC is actually nice place to work and offer good benefit to staff. But the things change when they launch global support and migrate some part of the work to oversea. They launch VSS and staff got no choice when there is no job securities to stay.
