With gym, badminton courts for exercise and keeping health. Well balanced work culture.

The best part of working at Hewlett Packard is that of the flexibility the culture provides in terms of work life balance. Also the system infrastructure, hardward and other facilitites that enable its employees to work in the best and conducive work culture and constant communication with superiors and friendly environment made HP even better a place to work in.

Long hours due to project resource around the world. Most of the time meetings in my midnight or mornings and most of the time.Stressful reporting and stakeholder management as we face clients

Need to be aware of headhunters since there might a bunch of different in salary for directly hire and through head hunters. Working hours not fixed

Working as ILC where your manager and other colleagues are close to you like best friends and tasks are distributed well within the department where everyone are equal.

Good place to work

The company makes sure that employees are comfortable on their work place. Trainings are provided for quality of work. Supervisors are helpful in every work related challenges. Pantry and other amenities are provided.

Productive, innovative, structured, lack of job security

a typical work day -mananging, coordinating & task delegation what i learned -good organization experience in terms of the process on knowledge base management -it very political environment hardest part of the job -given a new account to transit & transform IT services from old vendor to new vendor most enjoyable -free drinks provided is awesome. campus equip with gym, food court, pool / resting area

Fun workplace

Team activities , team lunch and team building is always planned every year by the managers. Friendly Team mates and team manger with open door policies is always the best workplace culture . The most enjoyable part of the job are the friendly and professional managers who are always ready for to help.

Good work place to start with excellent work life balance

It has excellent work life balance. Also, you have opportunity to advance your career. However, salary and bonus increment will be stagnant. They will not automatically increase your salary even if it is a promotion.
