If you are a beginner probably it will get rough since they will ask you to do everything from collecting plates to clean table wipe glasses after that, it's pretty chill

Sadly yet it is true

Hilton are a good brand however at Hilton KK didn't deliver the culture values properly and most team member are unhappy. I wont recommend to my family or friend to working here because they didn't taking care of employee welfare from Human Resources Dept. Not very welcoming at all. Most the long services team member are not been appreciated properly only giving a 5 yrs pin are not enough to appreciate their loyalty working there.

Just a normal benefits free meal, uniforms

lack of appreciation for those long working services at Hilton Kota Kinabalu, no fun activity for team member and demotivated

Amazing warking environment and Friendly Team Members

I enjoyed my time during my internship hear, superiors is very nice and Friendly. Food hear is provided, a lot of activities every week and trainee outing as well

Ok but need improvement

Management need to be less complicated. Facilities for team members need to be improved. Ph claims and ROD didn't get cleared by HOD. Overall, learned a lot from this company.

can be improve.

The culture there is more to Malays Style. The management can and needs to improve. As I worked as an Intern, more tasks to do, but gained lots of experience. Communication is lacking as many tasks were given last minute and expect to be done on the same day. In fact, there is no clear explanation of why we need to do that particular job. The explanation given by the Supervisor is not convincing and not logical. Other than Supervisor, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Working hours

Hilton is a Best place to work but de pending on The management. They often change General Manager and Hotel Manager where by different GM/HM have different point of View. In my experince working for hilton, almost 6 years , total of 4 General Manager. The Paper Works is numerous and long working hours between 12-14hours depending on forecast .

Great working place.

The environment of the working place and the culture is the best. Every team member encourage to learning new things everyday. The manager encourage all team member to be multitasking.

Theres free lunch 3 times a day also free laundry for staff

The company normally give us 1 hour rest a day

Challenging place to work with.

The best chain hotel in town. Very stressful most of the time especially when you get pushed by thier respective Superiors. Overall hotel is giving free meals, free uniforms and lots of activities conducted by the hotel.

I like work in hilton

Hilton is the best company for work. I like work here. All management is friendly and very leadership. I like worke here because, specially in my department is so many knowledge i get there.

The workers there are very friendly.they are very cooperative.the kitchen are good but less equipments for pastry departments.I enjoy the company that my co-workers have.

Hilton is an international chain hotel and it will help me to develop my hospitality carreer in future.

Hilton Hotel did give me opportunity to expand my hospitality carreer by giving responsibilty to make decision for our guest during their stay. The management also helping us to develop for our own carreer path.

it is a good place to work as we move as a team, to give best exceptional service to our guest .the motivation is good as the GM vision and the management vision is very clear in order to motivate the team, personally i want to be here longer as i need to move on in order to climb the ladder, family oriented culture working environment
