Im doing admin task which to help the purchasing. I'll doing PO and email to supplier. And i also responsible to follow up the order to make sure our order have been send on time. I also will deals to supplier if have any problem with our order or items. I also have learn many things. I learn how to overcome the problem about order, how to handle supplier, how to do a claim, how to make a supplier's schedule. I also will do the GRN for make sure the items we order and received is match. I also have responsibility for store task. Which is i will calculate stock, update stock and make the order if needs. I also handle the in out the store items(packaging) and will process the order from outlet. The hardest part in my job is to handle store and doing purchasing in the same time. But, im ready to doing all the task have given because i want to learn and get the experiences.

Dont have insurance, and other allowance(medical) (only for below executive)
