1.When you applying for job you should prepare yourself. If it suit with you the position you want to apply from whatever information you received do it properly.
Like my case I get it from web, did sent my email with cover letter, CV etc..
2.When receive call for appointment let them know when you can attend for interview.
3.Be on time and well prepared yourself from head to toe. 1st impressions it a much.
4.Confident during Q&A while interview on going.
Other than that it depends to the management how they look at us as a jobseekers. Sell yourself as best as you can to make them hires you as a team.
Be passion to get the answer for a position u apply. Ever it hurt sometime 😋
