Dealing with lot of cuatomer
Service advisor for service is a though one, this because you are dealing with customer when they want to service the car, for 1 day you need to attend minimum 10-15 customer/day. Need to update all customer what happen to the car and what the progress. Need to be gentle to all customer and make them happy service with you.
