Always have to perform a job effectively and efficiently, a person must possess the necessary and sufficient knowledge to the job. But knowledge alone is not enough. The person must have the have the right attitude and motivation to apply the knowledge.
Working for 23 years. A lot of opportunity to upgrade myself. From clerk to Executive and promoted to Manager level, i learn the basic of banking life to managing branch and staff. Customer expectation and enquiry are my top priority to ensure no complaint. To guide staff and to manage queue time. Coaching staff to guide them to improve their skills and upgrade in future.

Staff benefit not as good compare to clerical.
