Its a company you love to work with. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. Best part is their open door policy. Would love to mention few lovely people I worked with. India Head : Friendly, you can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend to you. He keeps motivating you to upskill you skill sets. You are pushed to give certifications but with proper guidance. Company bares all the money. HR : One of her kind, not less than a super woman. She has such positive aura that keeps the office lively and happy. Any problem you discuss with her, she will definitely come back with a solution, also guides you when required. Never seen such a versatile multi talented HR. My career was great here. I would recommend this company to everyone. Cons I never found a single in my time spent in makepositive. All thanks to the great mentors. Advice to Management You are the best management (India Head and HR). Perfect combination of talent and talent and talent.

hard to for case approval
very discriminated fresh grad salary: Executive RM2.6k , management trainee RM3.3k andManagement associate (RM5K, but provided u r overseas grad, local grads bye bye) Increment 3%, meaning if u have years of experiences with the same or even higher education level, yr salary might still lower than a fresh grad
Gave a balance of good and bad experience while working at this company. Suitable for those who wants to gain experience after graduating. Not suitable for those who wish to upgrade job position.
A lots of benefits
Too much workload and need to sacrifice much time at the office.
Honestly, I'd suggest to work in HLB when u are planning to stay because the benefits are bad as u might not get increment or bonus after a great financial year just because they don't want to give u. increment can come as low as rm 30 which is really bad considering the inflations
Manager named jordan, didnt train the workers properly and a very much a bully Most managers didnt communicate very well and a lot of misunderstood, ended up blaming the front line workers or sales workers. Gave lotsa pressure to some of the workers, called people weak for having mental health issues. Degraded workers because of mental health issues.
Bad for mental health, low salary
1) Run day to day collection and recoveries 2) Learn and involvement in management working papers for loan proposal, government sector such as Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia (MDI-Malaysian Department of Insolvency).JPJ, PDRM etc. 3) Management -ok. 4) Very nice working place culture. 5) VSS-Voluntary separation Scheme. 6) Learned a lot of new things there.
Benefits and job focus
A very busy and hectic environment, everyday. My Head of Department really helpful and inspiring. Management is a bit poor. Workplace culture is depends on department as for my department I required to liaise with HODs and manager to ensure hiring and financial issue resolve and paid in timely manner.
Excessive Workload and no benefits
Employees always show happy feeling when doing their job. Thus, it can create happy environment and good teamwork. When there is certain time where there are jobs to to, we divided equally the task so that everyone can satisfied
good company but i leave because hong leong bank has offered mutual separated scheme (mss). good benefits such as medical claim,insurance,dental and spectacles, yearly bonus and nice branch (dataran sunway)
always short of manpower
I adopt to new working lifestyle (office cultural). Everyone is trying the best work hard to earn more. I should put more effort for future otherwise i cannot survive in this society.
I am pleasure to have good working environment.
the allowances too low is not enough to cover the living cost in the Kuala Lumpur
