Management is cooperative and over all relaxed environment. Usually one thing that is very annoying that is security, You have to deal with antivirus most of the time it doesn't let you connect with internet and all products you can only access through the secure gateway. There are frequent Internet connectivity issues.

They are not practice work life balance. Staff twmd to bw stress while working. Staff looks like they dont have right to go back on time from work which the superior is always get angry when his staff going back early. No extra payment have been made when staff doing OT.
Honestly, I'd suggest to work in HLB when u are planning to stay because the benefits are bad as u might not get increment or bonus after a great financial year just because they don't want to give u. increment can come as low as rm 30 which is really bad considering the inflations
Poor working environment with micro management managers. High work load and managers won't happy with you if you not staying back to complete the task. Low increment and bonus.

Typical company, business as usual. It is so hard to approve all the changes that you want to implement to the company since the company is afraid to the changes that you want to implement.
Manager named jordan, didnt train the workers properly and a very much a bully Most managers didnt communicate very well and a lot of misunderstood, ended up blaming the front line workers or sales workers. Gave lotsa pressure to some of the workers, called people weak for having mental health issues. Degraded workers because of mental health issues.
Bad for mental health, low salary
