As an intern, Intel is a good choice. They are willing to help and teach the task they assign for you. They will also have one on one meeting to review your progress which make sure you won't feeling lost. The buddy and manager are very friendly and helpful which make me feel very comfortable to work there,

It is a good working environment and can learn many new things there, however it depend on the team. From what I heard, my team is very busy but other team is more relax. Because of this, i can learn many new things and experience that I can't learn from University.
Pros
Work hard, play hard
Cons
Tension

The hardest part is the your supervisor will expect you to know everything even if you are a new hire. Stressful. However, the benefits enjoyed by the employees are quite good.
Pros
Free drinks
Cons
Senior engineers expect new hires to know all knowledge.
