Job security, fast-paced environment with constant changes
Pros • No one is ever too busy to help out each other. • Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. • Senior management are open and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). • On-site cafe • Free parking. Cons • Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute.
My working hours is 12 which mean 4 day work 3 day off. its good for me cause i have a long day to rest. I can't do overtime because my basic salary high. i learned how to manage shipment from Malaysia to international and also how to apply custom approval. Management also good which is gave me counseling when i needed and care about staff. Hardest part that i need to face is when a shipment delay and wrong place to ship but the most memories i got is my colleague had a good cooperative and friendly.
there is so much of room of learnings, and i've covered most of the HR knowledge on the transactional, consultation and to handle immigration cases. i collaborate mostly with the recruiters on the post hire changes, onboarding processes, assigning the job requisitions to recruiters and also room for learing in analytical skills and stakeholder managements.

work is ok, just too many people need to deal with it. everyone only knows their part of duty very well, not the entire process. too many reorg can happen in the short while, is like playing with lego piece, try and error for different strategies.
Workplace culture is good at Intel. You get to learn good skills like, collaboration, people skills, communication skills and meeting skills. Management tends to change 2 years or so. The hardest part of the job is when you meet colleagues who are too selfish and self centered.
Productive and fun workplace with a ping pong table, massage chair, snooker game, chit chat area, phone booth area, privacy area and superb clean.
Flexibility working hour. Great teamwork and management. Can learn a lot of new knowledge and skills and great communication skills practice. The most enjoyable part of the job is the benefits given by the company. Free meal, recognition point, fun activities.
