-Start early morning, check out mails, giving priority to Customer requests, check out the production plan for the day, get with leader and planner for urgent orders, and what we need to fulfill to customer, see if those work orders are kitted and complete, to input on the line and start the shipping schedule for the day. -Go to production line and let the team know about the schedule plan and priorities for the day. -sometimes don't have fully support from management, even though we have to complete the committed to customer. -talk to the team and get feedback of the day.

La maquila esta muy desorganizada. Tienen mucha rotacion de personal. Le gente entra y sale, duran meses e incluso semanas. JAMAS PAGAN TIEMPO EXTRA, o muy raro, prefieren dar tiempo por tiempo. Esta buena para empezar y aprender, pero no para quedarse. Si quieres estancarte ahi esta bien. No hay evaluaciones y no hay aumentos de salario.No vale la pena.
