-Start early morning, check out mails, giving priority to Customer requests, check out the production plan for the day, get with leader and planner for urgent orders, and what we need to fulfill to customer, see if those work orders are kitted and complete, to input on the line and start the shipping schedule for the day. -Go to production line and let the team know about the schedule plan and priorities for the day. -sometimes don't have fully support from management, even though we have to complete the committed to customer. -talk to the team and get feedback of the day.

Un dia normal de trabajo con demanda de produccion, mucha comunicacion con asociados, aprendes a familiarizarte con el grupo permite desenvolver productivamente, la parte dificil del trabajo cuando hay falta de disponibilidad del equipo, me gusta mi trabajo porque apesar de que no tiene mucho reconocimiento laboral eh aprendido demasiado como Tecnico.

Temporadas altas y bajas, cuando es temporada alta hay mucho trabajo y es agradable estar ahí, pero cuando es temporada baja, no se hace nada y te mandan a empaque, lo cual se torna un poco tedioso.

La administración a nivel planta actualmente es buena, en este empresa aprendí algo de los Sistemas Seguridad y Medio ambiente (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), al igual que estuve como Ingeniero de calidad de procesos, donde aprendí aun mas del producto que se realiza, se hizo un ambiente de trabajo entre los compañeros y yo muy bueno, la parte difícil del trabajo fue la poca comunicación que se tenia con el Gerente y Supervisor de calidad. Lo que mas me gusto fue el equipo de trabajo que se formo con el personal que reportaba para mi, y me gustaba lo que hacia.
