The most useful review selected by IndeedLa administración a nivel planta actualmente es buena, en este empresa aprendí algo de los Sistemas Seguridad y Medio ambiente (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), al igual que estuve como Ingeniero de calidad de procesos, donde aprendí aun mas del producto que se realiza, se hizo un ambiente de trabajo entre los compañeros y yo muy bueno, la parte difícil del trabajo fue la poca comunicación que se tenia con el Gerente y Supervisor de calidad. Lo que mas me gusto fue el equipo de trabajo que se formo con el personal que reportaba para mi, y me gustaba lo que hacia.

Gastos mayores, días flotantes (6 por todo el año) ( te dejan faltar y te pagan el día)
