Manager is God

If you have a good manager you are lucky and you have all the reasons to be satisfied and to remain satisfied And if you have a poor, biased, unprofessional manager you will get nothing It's a total manager-centric organization; your good or bad depends on your manager. As there is no 360-degree evaluation so manager knows they have the upper hand in all senseSo it's not about which type of company Jabil is. it's all about with which manager you are working.Interview your manager during your interview before accepting the offer.

Good for inexperienced who need experience

Its a good place for first job, there you will learn how to adapt with stressful environment. And also you will gain a lot of knowledge with production and manufacturing department.

The work here is fun..But,if you're local in contract term you should know that you will get fired in the future. They need foreign worker than local.

Stressfull and no worklife balance.

Referring to the topics, as ME engineer totally no worklife balance , standby 24 Hours on call no matter weekend or holiday as long as the production is working. Check the workcell you are reporting to before accept the offer specially medic workcell.
