Too much workload, bad culture, no life working balance at all, butthe benefits quite goodsl, include health, medical. btw, the salary okay but not worth it with overly overtime.

Consider as the cheap labor in here because what we got paid is not matched with our workload.The profit sharing is low compare to other company, not much chance to get promoted in here.

Good benefits & good system

Company provide good systems to employees, good benefits. Can leaned a lot of system such as SAP, SAT, RR. A lot of online training and flexi. working hour. A lot of office politics.
