It's a very fast pace environment, people here are generally toxic and politic. Need a strong heart to be around emotionally unstable people. The OD team is good at growing people's potential. No work life balance. Suitable only for single people.

Heavy Politics & Bias

Direct manager gotta like you or else you will be put aside and be given bad accounts & expected to overachieve. Bias towards ppl they like, can come in late, no need update their work and can do whatever they want even if they are the ones that did not achieve anything

Bad culture, poor management, favoritism

Company doesn't appreciate talent if you are not the favourite. High attrition rate due to por management and toxic working environment. The only good thing working at Bangsar South is that season parking is the cheapest in KL.

Unhealthy culture and poor management

Expect to work during Public Holiday. Does not allow to work in pantry side. Micromanaging a lot. Favoritism and office politics. Even the manager offers a junior employee who joined company less than a year in the team a permanent role with the competitive salary compared to the seniors who working more than 1 year who are 3rd party contractors which it is not fair. Some of the team members does not do their job properly and will do their own task instead such as post a story in Instagram or even using Tik Tok.

Free food and a lot of activities during campaign

Favoritism, Poor Management, heavy workload, the transition to be expected to be done within a month

All workers are very supportive. They always ask if we need help. Although the job quite tough especially for first timer but its worth it. I learn a lot of new things

Amazing workspace and good management

Amazing workspace & pantry always stocked up with snack. A lot of event and opportunity for self improvement. Getting a good manager is very important in this company, as I see a lot of manager is not capable of taking care of their employee workload and expectation is too high.

Challenging but fun

Fun place to work at. Very young, vibrant group of people.Work can be sreessful at times as KPI-focused. Constant changes in management derails the company direction.But overall solid place to learn and stay for abt 2 years

Good and Bad

Great place to learn the ropes, but overshadowed by the internal politics that will drive talented people away. Leaders do not work well among themselves at the leadership level, how can the subordinates work together in a cross-team environment?

Good enviromental, good for fresh graduate to start their career. Fast paced. Colleague are supportive (not all), campaign time they will provide meals during work. Management are good hearing team.

High turnover, overloaded work, leadership keep changing, but good location nearby lrt. Colleagues were young fun bunch, easy to connect. Pay is good.

Fast paced work

If u want to work here, get ready your fitness and stamina. Work here require a lot of energy and u must be fast enough to catch up with the order. But they paid you high. Highest paid part time. one day u can get around 100++. Free lunch also

Bully culture

Lazada is very stressful work. Management too poor and everything use manually. For international company, they should upgrade cloud system but they too depend to china system which is bad. The one thing i really hate thus not recommend is their managers use bad words (sometimes curse) and have very poor management skill and creative problem skill to solve problem. Everything depend on staffs and blaming staffs without see which is core problem and make solution for it

Less workload except on Sunday as many supplies coming from supplier.

Easy and repetitive task. A good experience for a school leaver. Workplace culture is just fine, people focus on completing their job. High salary but they pay you late if you are just under agent.

good salary for part timer and full timer , for part timer they will call you when they have many parcel , if you cant deliver parcel that day , you can just inform the pic

Fast pace

Need to work fast..per day need to sedn more than 150 parcel. If you did not finish,they will give you a verbal warning. It is not a permanent job,is a contract only. Salary is good,if you do good enough.. if not,you will get not much salary due salary count by per parcel and per day. Dont have basic salary,epf and what not
