There’s lot of thing to learn and to grow here. You can learn and ask just anyone because they are always there to help you. Just don’t be shy to ask when you don’t know.

Good for getting experience & working with the Management

It can make me build my confidence level to speak nicely. Have good workers that help each other (teamwork). Strong management team (consisting of young and energetic leaders) with great leadership in steering company's direction, good controls and corporate governance, dedicated and loyal employees, attractive remuneration, reasonable medical coverage for staffs regardless of seniority, opportunity for career growth and exposure, work life balance, multi ethnic and stress-free environment.

Great platform to learn and grow

Wide job scope being offered, hence providing opportunity to learn various task and grow skills on that. The environment is less stressful compared to other previous companies I worked with.

productive and fun coworkers to be with. overall a good place to be.

Typical day at my work is good and not so stressful. I mostly learn about engineering field like robotics, autocad, arduino etc. Management here is okay and can be well communicated. Our culture is mostly more to teamwork and well communicated with each other with greetings and all. The hardest part of the job is everything need to be efficient and we need to quick catch up. But of course, we'll have so much to learn from that.

Work more earn more

It's the level of commitment, drive and energy that a company's workers bring to the role everyday. Without it, company experience reduced productivity , lower levels of output and it's likely that the company will fall short of reaching important goals too.

Not recommended

Honestly this company will not paying you in term of the Perkeso, EPF, milage claims, no medical allowance, for sales team no commission. They will never pay you as promises in your offer letter. All staff they doing so many task with last minute instructions . They not appreciate you even you are doing well. You will travelling using your own pocket money to all state.

Can't claim your mileage unless your begging the management to pay, scam commission, ungly management attitude, staff only stay there just a month and many staff MIA, asking to do stupid task

Able To Gain Knowledges

Working with this company has taught me new knowledge as well as the varied tasks. The environment was both exciting and challenging. I also want to thank the entire staff for sharing their expertise and experience.
