2-3 years here and had near 20 staffs in the accounting operation team left. Not for people who want to have work life balance life. Pay is not bad compare to some local company.

You hard work is all seen by management. Top management very care for their staff opinion. Work-life balance, colleague are very friendly. The workload are balance and every one is helping each other.

Great exposure but not long term career growth unless if you prefer routine job and slow career growth. Good for starters/fresh graduates. Turnover rate is quite an issue
