Toxic enviroment and worst management. CRU

CRU(social media team) has the worst management. TL's are there for 10 years without moving up. Operation manager is the same too. There is no room for growth or mental health. Newbies are FORCED to do OT for 2 hours 3 times a week. Its a total stressful place. TL's does not care about the employee. As long you dont give manager callbck to them.Manager callbacks are handled by PIC. LOL. TL STEPH, LARNI, MYRA have to move out from their place to give oportunity to other. I feel sad for the team. People are working for 10 years and still not promoted to be tl. They are just rotated to different environment. CRU IS THE WORST

good salary for mandarin speakers. good management (at that time) and team leaders are always helpful to us especially when you are still newbies who really need help. overall, i love working here

good company to work with, good management which listen to employees feedback, good flexi benefit but can be better, decent medical coverage for staff and dependents

Fun work environment, casual wear

The environment is fun although now WFH so not much of a work-life balance. Colleagues and management are helpful but there are no opportunities for career advancements. The workload is okay, manageable.

Nice workplace but stressful

The work is okay. Colleagues are helpful. Medical coverage ain't much. Hopefully can make the working environment better. Career advancement is also important.

Productive and fun workplace

High salary means high expectation from management. You are not only answering a call, but you have to do sell (KPI), backup other department eventho your department calls are spike too. Compulsary OT for 1 hour which is not mention on the job description and at the time of interview.

Great internship experience

I was an intern at Maxis and had a great experience there. Due to being an intern, my work load was not as heavy, but overall the work culture there is fairly relaxed. The office is modern and the people working there are great.

Hyper political

Best to jyst do your work, don't get sick, don't talk to anyone because everything can be used againts u. They work u maximum compensate u really well but replace u in a minute

2 face management

No one will see ur capability they see on race and how this person lick their shoes.. hipokrit .. two face.. and bias.. 1st we dong habe any problem with this company until oir old boss change to other centre

Customer service officer

Handling customer inquiries. identify the problem and solve the issue. Most of the issue need to be solved during the call and need to escalate to the relevant department if needs.

Fun workplace

Honestly its a great place to be work with a work-life balance environment. My last job in Maxis is in general enquirie department and I was given a great opportunity to excel in my job. Job related training was provided often to enhance working skills.

no exact schedule for work

whole crew work in a mess, work passed office hour but no OT payment given. allowance doesn't enough for daily work expenses. boss giving pressures for ridiculous things.

The best job I had ever and good environment with great clients and colleagues , Doing overtime will be a great advantage as well with other staff and with the company
