Toxic enviroment and worst management. CRU

CRU(social media team) has the worst management. TL's are there for 10 years without moving up. Operation manager is the same too. There is no room for growth or mental health. Newbies are FORCED to do OT for 2 hours 3 times a week. Its a total stressful place. TL's does not care about the employee. As long you dont give manager callbck to them.Manager callbacks are handled by PIC. LOL. TL STEPH, LARNI, MYRA have to move out from their place to give oportunity to other. I feel sad for the team. People are working for 10 years and still not promoted to be tl. They are just rotated to different environment. CRU IS THE WORST

Fun work environment, casual wear

The environment is fun although now WFH so not much of a work-life balance. Colleagues and management are helpful but there are no opportunities for career advancements. The workload is okay, manageable.

Nice workplace but stressful

The work is okay. Colleagues are helpful. Medical coverage ain't much. Hopefully can make the working environment better. Career advancement is also important.

Productive and fun workplace

High salary means high expectation from management. You are not only answering a call, but you have to do sell (KPI), backup other department eventho your department calls are spike too. Compulsary OT for 1 hour which is not mention on the job description and at the time of interview.

Handling customer inquiries. identify the problem and solve the issue. Most of the issue need to be solved during the call and need to escalate to the relevant department if needs.

Fun workplace

Honestly its a great place to be work with a work-life balance environment. My last job in Maxis is in general enquirie department and I was given a great opportunity to excel in my job. Job related training was provided often to enhance working skills.

Salary not competitive

Team Manager salary is not as competitive as other companies. Need to work hard to achieve performance bonus. Overall working environment is good. Thanks

Good Salary

Working in this company give benefit for money since the salary higher but the only issue is role in work. Salary good but the working actually not for the salary since its about general inquiry but not advance as what im expected

i have learned work under pressure, team work, shift rotation,the hardest part is when i have to explain my hardest when there is no hardest i found in all my job,customers compliments and bonus and staff appreciation by giving souvenir

Competitive and fun work place.

Daily routine to ensure floor service level is met. Sufficient headcount. With Maxis I always expect the unexpected as the floor is always fregile. Need to make informed decision instantly when is needed. The management team is very supportive. The most exciting about Maxis Customer Service department is career development. You may excel if you perform not base on seniority.

Fun Work Place & Great Pantry

The end to end job scope at Maxis is quite busy as the calls come in every time to time since i was handling on corparate customer's. I have learned to handle bulk accounts under a company, multi task in every elements such as billings and etc. However besides the hectic and busy schedule, the best part is the pool table and relaxing pantry area which we can relaks ourself from the whole stress.

A very standard call centre

Good trainings provided. Typical call centre. I enjoyed handling the calls. Too many dispute on the hiden charges and billing errors. Unwanted promo to be introduce

Maxis provide first class working environment such as : 1. Sleeping Pod 2. Rest Area 3. Pantry 4. Gaming Room maxis also take care all of the staff.
