Typically day to day work is very busy due to multi tasking assignments. We are specialised in our job. Management and co-workers are cooperative working in a team. The hardest part of the job is when you have a different opinion and against your boss decision. Stick to your decision and present your ideas to higher management for support. Prove you can do it and you will get rewarded. Beside prepare yourself when the bosses don't like you as your future will be in the dark. When get caught in this situation, ask for transfer. The most enjoyable part of the job is friendly user & they are very cooperative in carrying day to day project assigned.

Pros

Plenty of appreciation ie Lunches, double increment, good bonuses, esos, etc

Cons

Long working hours, sacrifices weekend, midnight call, shorter project deadline, etc

maybank has been a very important stepping stone in my career path,working hours is basically mon-fri (8am-5pm).Here ive learned how to manage the high networth customers of the bank and manage their financial need to meet their expectations.
