Research manager is incompetent in managing the lab equipment. Feedback from researchers are not considered, i.e. more user-friendly online booking system. The working environment is healthy solely because of the fellow researchers are working well together to create a better atmosphere.

A good place to work...Not much pressure..Working load is moderate..Still happy after 6 years of working here
