Productive work place

Indeed Featured review

Monash university infrastructure, facility and labs are very good. It is a productive work place but there is no Job Security/Advancement and less benefits.

Unrealistic expectations.

There is unrealistic KPI expectations placed on you. For example, you are expected to publish in high quality journals, obtain PhD students and grants. Unfortunately, the research support in terms of limited PhD scholarships, limited submission fees, limited grants etc have an impact on achieving your goals. There is also constant changes in administrative processes that is disruptive.

Well renowned international university

The most enjoyable part of the job is helping students to learn to get a better understanding of finance and business and being appreciated.
