Good company but poor management team. Jov description is not clear. Probation keep extending without any appraisal session. Annual Increment & Annual Performance Bonus calculation can be questions. KPI was set but still cannot get any bonus or increment even managed to complete all the KPI. Created useless system such as merit point system that did not affecting anything towards individual Annual Performance Bonus or Annual Increment. Only certain staff enjoying Annual Increment.

Productive and fun with annual dinner

-Only working Isnin until Jumaat,Sabu for overtime -Learn how to manage line, how to improve in productivity and quality -Management good. Always provide requirement for the workers -Hardest part is when it does not reach the requested output - Enjoyable part is when archieve output and get bonus from company .

Mymedic innovatuon Sdn Bhd has a good facilities such as vending machine, canteen, locker for helme, then cheerish people, handfull also good environment.
