Fast-paced environment and stressful but have fun workmates. Low salary and lack of benefits but you can get many incentives based on your performance. There are many events and team buildings to relax and relieve the stress in work.

Low pay, everyone is too competitive, not friendly environment, OTY

My salary as Recruitment Associate is lower than the basic pay in the PH. Everyone is too competitive, definitely not in a good way. Other teams are not friendly and you'll feel uncomfortable everyday because of that. OTY, Over Time are not paid, they will give you free dinner but I'll say it's not worth it. I'd rather get paid for the time I worked than get a free meal.

Friendly co-workers, approachable and fair management leaders,

My overall experience within Nezda is very good. The working environment may get stressful at times but it is something that would make a person a better employee.

Long working hours, OT is not paid, generous for the incentives

We are required to do OT but not paid and Saturday work is also not paid. Good thing is the people that i worked with and generous to imcentives. HMO will be given after two years of stay.

Very stressful environment.

Overtime work not paid. Some managers force their employees to report to work and will not be paid.Monthly quota. No work life balance. They’ll ask you to report to work on weekends

Quite stressful but incentives is a good one.

They have a good culture all genders are welcome but stressful due to numbers of endorsement you need to have before the week ends or else you'll go on Saturday work without pay.

Happy Environment

Our daily work is more on calling applicants to check if they are qualified and interested for the position. Also providing tips and coaching for the applicants to be able to get hired.

Productive and fun work place

Well nothing much to say, but overall it is a place where you can be yourself having youthful and vibrant colleagues who are there with you to give you encouragement and support especially when you need it most. Lastly, having a friendly environment.

Challenging work yet very fulfilling

-Continuous sourcing even at home; competitive work environment; workplace culture is okay, I have good managers, team lead, and colleagues, incentive scheme is superb, promotion is achievable especially for performers.

Competitive Environment

The working environment is fun, challenging and rewarding as well. The people are very approachable and friendly too. Lastly , the management is not too strict to their employees which bring less pressure and stress to employees.

Competitive Working environment

There's a daily, weekly and monthly target that needs to be met There's a high chance of getting promoted Exposure to Client's Calibration - Responsible for monitoring team's overall performance and ensures that their daily, weekly and monthly targets are met. -Motivate and inspire recruiters to consistently perform above par by conducting one on one sessions - Formulate improvement plans for recruiters who are not performing - Implement strategies in meeting the targets - Plan and assign recruiters depending on the client's needs and demands - Coordinates with the Sales Team on the updates of our existing and upcoming clients - Meet clients and discuss their requirement - Manage escalations/complaints from both sides -Coordinate daily with client (email,phone calls etc.) - Certified by client to conduct initial interview on their behalf

Fun workplace

Working in Nezda is fun specially the people you are working with. I have learned so many things like the smartest way to source and recruit quality endorsements or profiles. When it comes to the management it is well managed by competitive superiors. Workplace culture is both fun and amazing because being surrounded by young professionals is indeed a fun workplace. The hardest part of the job is when we are getting or having newly acquired requirements which is very limited in the market and difficult to source. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people.

Family like workplace.

It was fun working place. I have a very understanding manager, very easy to work with. Works will definitely train you to your limit. You will be able to use your creativity.
