NI promoting work-life balance. It giving plenty of flexibility and providing fantastic working environment. But the salary compensation here is not that competitive. In general, it is a good place to stay if you wish for a stable life.

NI is a good working culture for the employee. It's internship program do let me learn a lot of knowledges that unable to learn it from text book including technical and also design process. During the internship programs, I had experienced the mechanical design of the product development cycle, including design, prototyping, development, testing, and manufacturing production. From this internship, I had a strong understanding of fundamental design principles and process and the strong knowledge of 3D CAD software ( Pro-E ), metal and plastic materials processing techniques, and electronics manufacturing equipment and processes.
