Very good environment to work.Flexible working hours. Good culture. Respect. Good benefit. But poor experience management. Not equal opportunity among engineer.
Daily will start off with meeting with production, Engineering procurement and store team. Teamwork is crucial. Its a open door management, you have the empowerment to carry out your plan on your own.
