So much benefit but no growth opportunity
Basically, the working culture and benefits given to the staff are great. Work-life balance is practised here since you only have to work for 4 and half days per week. Bosses did not catch you after work. WFH policies are great and not so much pressure. The pay is also quite high. HR is professional and listen to the staff concern. Management is sometimes supportive but depends on the situation. Just that no career advancement and difficult to be promoted.

Good working environment
As for me working at Open University Malaysia is good because they work in team and have a very good team leader that can manage every staff. Moreover, OUM offer good benefit either bonus or medical for staff.

A good company to work in
It was a fast-paced environment. The employees were cooperative with high drive. Employees who excel were amply rewarded. It is a visionary company.

This is a good second job as it is only part-time.
OUM is an open market university. The university offer part-time courses run during the weekends suitable for working adults. This is a good second job.
Part-time Lecturer in MY

An excellent place to have a wide range of students.
The students came from various backgrounds. Most of them had full-time jobs. It was a great place for me to be considerate to my students but at the same tie push them to commit to their study.
