So much benefit but no growth opportunity
Executive (Current Employee) - Kelana Jaya - 15 November 2021
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedBasically, the working culture and benefits given to the staff are great. Work-life balance is practised here since you only have to work for 4 and half days per week. Bosses did not catch you after work. WFH policies are great and not so much pressure. The pay is also quite high. HR is professional and listen to the staff concern. Management is sometimes supportive but depends on the situation. Just that no career advancement and difficult to be promoted.
Pros
Benefit & salary high
Cons
No career growth opportunity
