Very good company

Panasonic is a very good Japanese firm. I learnt Japanese way of doing things from all sort of people with different background. I would recommend you to work and build up your career

Teamwork and always prepare the solution

Everything all ok but once you do wrong thing,please prepare the answer and solution. You must be "yes man" when talk with your superior. Be an active person with all company activities

Environment and Management good.. low pay

As technician for 5 years , here Very good environment, friendly and management is good i love work here, but i got bad deal do as technician pay at minimum wage batter work as operator.

Good work-balance life but not systematic and no mutual respect

-They didn't provide any real training. The call agents there will guide you and depending on your performance they will make you answer call earlier if you grasp the concept already. -Seniors there are NOT helpful. They think about themselves only and when new agents need help they always SCOLD us or find a way to not answer us. At the end if you are young you will feel down and demotivated.-YOU WILL BE BLAMED FOR ANY MISTAKE YOU DO. THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOU WHEN YOU MAKE MISTAKE. YOU CAN BE POSITIVE BUT THEY WONT.-NOT A TEAMWORK AS EVERYONE HAVE THEIR OWN GANG even within such a small group of call agents. -Management also NOT UNDERSTANDING AND NOT HELPFUL AND RESPONSIBLE for call agents to ask help-NO REAL SYSTEM THUS CALL AGENTS NEED TO COME UP WITH THEIR OWN SYSTEM BETWEEN THEMSELVES-Bad and mixed up system and team leader is very RUDE to us as we are only contract staffs. Treated even worse than animals. No respect at all. IF HE/SHE DIDNT LIKE YOU, YOU MUST GET READY FOR BAD TREATMENT UNTIL THE DAY YOU RESIGN-In order to be liked there you have to follow their way of work and can't open your mouth if you disagree with anything. -Good place to learn but also very challenging work environment, with such toxic culture.

Toxic management, unrealistic expectations, unsystematic, too much pressure lead to burnout, rude team leader and senior staffs, have to sit for meetings 3-4 times a week, unable to speak out opinions.

Not a suitable place for ambitious people. Typical Japanese culture company. Hierarchical and protocols must be comply with. Great compensation and benefits.

im not complaining but one of the agent are not fair to thier them cuz the way thier treat us is like robot even when we sick...they say they will cut salary if we dont go to work wven we sick..so i hope they will be more responsible for thier team...and for the salary..i always got below 1k every month..so my advise better work for the company direct and not tru the agent

I enjoy my internship at Panasonic

I have learned a lot of experience of working and learn how to work underpressure. Apart from that, i learn how to punctuality especially coming to work and (in/out) during rest time.

Not fun at all since all things need to cost down

Just my opinion of PECMY since PECMY now not belongs to panasonic groups anymore was a very drastically changes that out of sudden. Since transition not yet complete, all sort of purchasing for spare and so on need to forget since no budget for purchasing those item

A lot of knowledge can be applied, good management team, workplace cutlre and most enjoyable part of the job, not stress full environment . A lot of skill and knowledge have been learn including FMEA, train the trainer, warehouse safety, PPE training, 7 tool and other

Flexible working environment

Overall is okay and so many employees benefits. On CNY, Eid and Deepavali usually got one week of holidays. The only situation I can't cope with is with the bosses (GM is lady boss). They are so ignorance. My particular department itself is problematic. Other than that, everything are great.

Just nice.

The company itself is an establish company and well known in Malaysia. I working with management team and everything is doing with systematic and follow the Standard Operating Procedure. The working place is awesome and team management also cheerful and was a very great team.
