My time at PBC was both fun and stressful. Workload was heavy but manageable. Management was great and very supportive, always open for new ideas and recommendations. Salary could have been better. Overall a good company to work for. I would not hesitate to go back should the opportunity arises

Productive and Fun Workplace

My manager was awesome and a motivator. The working environment is great and staff is very friendly! I really enjoyed working here! I learned a lot about medical billing as well!

Hard working

The place was very interesting but the government weren't able to provide what the farmers need for their farms,I didn't quite this job. But I went to do my service at agricultural development bank

Was OK. Was a debt collection agency. Management sucks most places are usually. Deck collecting could be fun but management always seems to ruin everything and every job. Wish these companies would look through this

Was a great place to work at great envoriment and great ppl. Easy hands on got to be well inshape because of the carrying of the metal and beams. Must have a reliable car

I make sure each job I do is to the best of my ability

I'm a hard worker who is great at troubleshooting. I'm willing to do extra hours to complete a job .I can do baseboards flooring electrical, drywall, and can learn fast

not honest about hours possible

Plant management is told to manage every employees hours down. This negates the overtime they state in interview process. This could be remedied by honesty in interview

Its a job

small company, turnover rate was high nut they were always hiring. Management played favorites to certain people and it showed. all in all, it was a job.

Hinterhof Buchbinderei

Maschinen uralt und seit Jahren nicht gewartet! Schlechtes Arbeitsklima, weil die Maschinen ständig streiken! Unfassbar schmutzig dafür das dort weißes Papier verarbeitet wird (Kalender)! Im Winter keine Heizung. Furchtbar schlechtes Licht in der Halle! Kriegt man Kopfschmerzen von. Arbeitskleidung gibt es nicht. Chef ist ein ... Bezahlung ist obendrein auch noch unter aller Kanone!

They don’t care about employee and don’t adhere to the client policies they trash on a whole other level no person should worry will I get fired for dong the right thing today or will they blame me for thing they did wrong

Great company with great people

I work with various companies and help them find the perfect office space for them to work and grow as a company. I give new prospective clients tours of the center and inform them of all the options they have with us.

Productive

Working as a team to get things done sweeping the building site and general labouring taking down and demolishing things like taking roof tiles off I am very hard working and will always get things done

social and quick work environment

I would package and get inventory ready for shipping. It was a pretty great work space and we were allowed to talk to each other and we got our work done at a good rate of speed.

growth potential and security

PBC was a great company to work for. The owner retired if the company was still here, I would still be working for them. Over all the business was fantastic great benefits, great people. The growth potential was the limit.

Would reccommend anybody to work here.

Horrible place to work. Low paying job. Horrible management. It was difficult to take days off there. Once, I put in a request for a Saturday off a month in advance and was denied.
