perfect benefit in this company, and easy to learning about how to handle any case at your place working, but it s not to much salary you get, if you achieve on your target tou can get more benefit that all, if you dont get achive from our bos, cannot get anything

A typical day at work at Perodua service centre will be briefing with a team of staffs, sent few reports, interaction with customer(customer service) & did daily routine of admin work. During my tenure at Perodua, I've learned so much from managing a team of staffs, learn to be doing multi task jobs & management job. Work culture wise, we learn to work as a team in any circumstances especially when we need to reach our branch target. The hardest part of the job, it might seems my job description is in charge of admin side but I have to do multi task jobs, lead a team of staffs, managing staffs, do customer service, manage branch & etc. But overall, the most enjoyable part of the job is that the friendship built among us whom we have different religion, culture and races.

Typical day at work would be like : - Learning to deal with human behaviour - sales people characters, internal and external customers and employees of the company - To be a very detailed and tedious person when handling paper work - ISO compliance -Be responsible to a large amount of daily money collection, petty cash and pool money We would celebrate birthdays, monthly achievements (provided target achieved), morning exercise to start the day and we also go for holidays together.

Selling cars always meant that every staff members have to do as best as they can to achieve monthly target set by the management from HQ. Every Sales Advisor need to achieve personal target so that we can get reward such as commission and incentive. I learned many things from working as a Sales Advisor in terms of marketing, handling customers, handling the loan with the bankers, documentation, following the rules set by the management and others. The hardest part of the job is to find and convince the customers to purchase the cars from us because their is so many branches and also other car models out there in the market. But with hard work, skills and the believe i have in myself make me reach the goals that been set. The most enjoyable part of the job is definitely the positive feedback's after i had delivered the car that the customers had purchased.
