Hope can persue my experiencing work there again.A good workplace for who like to working as an offshore .Must have valid certificate in certain position to apply a job as an offshore crew here.A good payment too.

productive,nice workplace,safety is everyone responsiblity

what i have experienced with this company is a very interesting because my welfare,work invirontment,workculture is very nice.management is very responsible among workers.what i did for almost ten years of my tenure in this company is very sweet memories in my life.This company has do the best for my carrier and i never forget it until the end of my life.

Friendly and helpful work environment

Typical daily life in Petra is relaxed. All staff in Petra really helpful for new staff in there. They really teach for those new staff that have zero experience. This company also help graduate engineer to develop their career.

Productive and fun working place with all kinds of events and sports.

As above summary. Management - very attentive to staff welfare or problems and friendly. Enjoyed my job especially the day of the Tender/Bid submission to client's office. But it is about time to move to another company for better prospect.

Good place to work at but lack of job security due to lesser jobs

Generally a good place to work at with good supports from the top management. However, recently due to the current market condition with lesser projects awarded, there are concerns on the job security.

Fun Workplace

I do update the needed summary and prepare the invoices, and people there is so friendly to help if have any work problem. The company will also very alert on HSE matter that making the workplace is more safer to work.

good environment in this company

best teammate ever. gain knowledge learning new system. management best practice. dealing with client is the big challenging. teamwork helping each other to achieve the company mission. boss always listening your problem and comes out with solutions. the best company practice hygiene and safe work. fast response from top management regarding issue that staff facing. office near with my house.

Productive and challenge workplace

:- review movement of crewing team. :- learn how to deal and communicate with other clients. :- all operation work arrangement runs smooth and in schedule. :- working in teamwork and cooperate with each other. :- on job duty for 24 hours. :- arrange accommodation,transportation,training and course,medical check-up for crewing team.

Great company with strong culture

The company provides great working experience especially for new employees. Senior employees are willing to spend time to educate and share knowledge in order to complete task. Efficiency is needed especially dealing with hundreds of workers, local and foreign.

PANMAL SURPLUS (PCSB) • Client will emailed materials that had been requested to Labuan Management Team and shared to Surplus Team • Surplus team ensure the materials that had been requested available based on MMIL and double check on site for the conformity . • Revert the emails to Superiors for the availability materials . Surplus team need to segregate and rearrange the materials had been requested. • Remark material size , heat number , quantity and others . • Client will shared PCSB Form for Surplus Materials which is SMF for the more detailed based on documentation such as MRIR (Material Receiving Inspection Report) , Certificate and others . • Surplus Team need to prepared all the related documentation for the handover activities such as COG Gate Pass , MRIR complete with Certificates . • Makesure during the activities captured photo for evidence and attached all the documentation and photo for email to Client and Labuan Management . • Updated Panmal MMIL and remarks SMF number . • Email MMIL to Superior every Friday . RESPONSIBILITIES • To ensure moving in and out surplus materials need to been updated (MMIL) . • To ensure surplus storage always been locked . • To keep updated to superior for any problem for the surplus storage . • To ensure all materials safekeeping .
