Fun workplace environment
Software Developer (Current Employee) - Shah Alam - 15 March 2022
The workplace culture is undeniably fun and the management is all friendly toward all staff. I learned a lot during 1 year of experience in this company and looking forward to what is next. The most enjoyable part of the job is the flexible time that was provided to do work.
Pros
Provide a lot of resources
Cons
Fast pace and Adhocracy

This place is non-toxic, work as a team, a place for growth a career. Providing leisure room to release stress and most importantly, bonding with co-workers are very strong in Physiomobile Malaysia. Great!!!

Head Of Marketing (Current Employee) - Shah Alam - 9 March 2022
Fast career growth, excellent teamwork. Fast pace, two way communication culture. Regular training such as communication skill, practical skill, exposure to the event, easy to communicate with the head department and director with the positive culture.

Fun workplace with Leisure Room accessible for all Employees (Big TV with Netflix)
Human Resource Assistant (Former Employee) - Shah Alam - 3 March 2022
I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt that the leadership team was great too. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations.

Not a Stepping Stone
Videographer and Marketing Assistant (Former Employee) - Shah Alam - 31 August 2021
When I joined the company, I was under the impression for a great opportunities of growth for both the company and my personal career. Given that I had 2 scope of work, I've given everything from within my skillset and years of experience (more than 7 years) under my expertise to help the company grow. But it turned out to be not as what I expected when it comes to group decision and challenge of ideas towards the company's interest. Most staff members were in the dark of company's actual direction instead of those written on the wall. The leaders played heavy favorism towards those who obeys and not those who executes and initiated. The environment was cool and laid-back but not in terms of professional work ethics and skills. Much to be learned for every personnel within the company and that includes my own but the opportunity never arrives due the company leaders action to shut me off entirely from any future development due to the fact when I requested certain information in order to develop a future plan and execute it based on the said data. (I work in a pace faster than most, and much straight forward by being open and transparent on ideas and opinions. If you want to stay for a long time; just agree on most things) The company then decided to use the frame of what I've worked on and proceed without acknowledging my contribution formally and shut me off. Colleagues were the plus side of the company as they were all young and vibrant and were willing to work with you in most cases. But they were lacking vision and inspiration on how to grow as a business locally and -
Pros
Young and Vibrant team, Lot's of Potential
Cons
Favorism and Unprofessional Communication, Low Level of Knowledge and Expertise
