Poor management

Indeed Featured review

Stressful environment. When an employee is asked to complete work on time, the employer will deduct the employee's income and other benefits, but the organisation will never provide anything in exchange.

Worst College Management Ever!

Rude manager/Heads,the program structure are very messed up, no professionalism in communication, does not care for students' welfare, dishonest and bad work culture.

Slow-paced and arrogance culture

The Management teams are all so-called experienced, but actually don't know anything. You're being forced to attend 2-hours-town-hall after working hours and you didn't get any overtime payment, they will deduct your salary even you are late for 1 minute to work instead. A so-called Asia's No.1 Business Coach boss, but (laugh).

Good place to learn how to fight against stupidity

Lack of experience among the staff. Even the simplest things cant be solved. One man showcase. Most of people didn't know how to prioritize task. Too much politics.

Pros

Free business consultant from the business owner himself

Cons

Ambiguity about the real application

Nightmare

They will ask or require you to deliver everything you have and being paid less. Lecturers come and go and even the CEO itself say "lecturer are like underwear, can be replace whenever they want", "everyone is replaceable". Only people who like to do a lot of works, be extra good with their line manager and okay with less amount of salary can survive here. No proper training provided.

Everyday is a challenging and tough day

Even though you are a assistant to the boss, you have to do sale in order to keep your job secured. The job description will always not the same. If you don't achieve your monthly target, boss will said anything in the meeting or townhall meeting (every staff will join). In the end, it's was a good experienced as I can see my management and my ability to talk publicly and ability to approach others. I also learn that, there are so many opportunities for entrepreneur to start their business and all the clubs and charity can approach any company with CSR

A moderate company

Very typical moderate company like others. At least it is a quite new company, you can learn everything there. Staff benefits is very little compared to others.
