Work 16-18 hours every day during peak season in our department during March. Office is crowded with people and not enough seats are provided, some need to stand.

Auditing PRC companies during the pass 1.5 years. Keep on with standards updates too when you are doing 4 jobs together. The corporate ladder is clear but it's hard to stand out among the genius.
Pros
Great place to learn with brand

No life at all

Assigned to the entrepreneurship groups department and assisted in analyzing a company’s annual financial report. I was guided by seniors where they shared work experience and provided precious feedback throughout the few weeks.

Ideal career progression for being a fresh graduate. You get the know a lot of peers and able to progress together in creating synergy. The learning curve has been steep but gradually level off as you become manager level.

The "internship" provided exposure to work life in an office setting. Work setting at PwC is fun and allows a flow of creativity. It's a great learning experience for students looking to expand their future career options.

It is a very good place to gain exposure on geographical and industrial aspects. During the years, I learnt the technical audit knowledge such as perform audit planning, conduct control testing and audit work, as well as prepare audit reports. I also achieved a higher stage by obtaining time and resource management skill, interpersonal skill, computer skill, etc, which allow to work efficiently under tight schedule and pressure. Last but no least, I obtain a strong networking in this firm which allows me to have good friendship and easy access to different business updates.
Pros
industry exposures, more chances in meeting different people
Cons
less on job hours on clients compared to in-house auditor, less chances to have regular updates on client issues.

The firm provides hhigh qulaity trainings and exam support. The career path is also laid out. Peers are less competitive than commerical sectors and motivate one another. Only negative is the working hours and the work life balance. Ther eis basically no spare time during peak seasons and first year work is tedious and long winding.
Pros
Career progression, job security, trainings
Cons
Hours, Benefits, Salary
