great work culture but longer hours than most. you would need to have strong discipline to find out. Flip side is PwC is a big, multinational. You'll get better gigs there, but won't make as much, and have more competition as you up-rung the ladder towards promotional opportunities.

It is fun in office but at time very much stressful. The managers put alot of pressure on a person who works at lower level but at the same time also helps them to complete their work before deadline. People there are much more friendly but in the starting it would be difficult to jell up with people

Working as an analyst I learned a lot in a very short time. But my bosses didn't gave you flexibility for doing something outside the 45-55 hour work week and I always felt that doing something wrong was punishable. I think it's because (in Chile) you have had some very old-minded team members.

Its good to be in PwC work environment. Work place culture is good , at times seniors can get into their own space and treat accordingly. Hardest part of the job according to me is nothing as team members help you a lot with getting work done and understanding of it.

The salary and worklife balance are not competetive. The opportunities and learning experiences are ample, but depends on your team leader for access to the. It looks good on the resume to work with them :)

The company runs on competition Unfortunately, you're grossly underpaid for the role you are in and the increase year on year is negligible. If you find the right team you might find it a great place otherwise you need to constantly motivate yourself to push through

Many long hours to complete the reports on time for the client. Great exposure where I got the chance to review processes to identify internal control weaknesses of large organization. Great support from management and availability of equipment.

At PwC, one's image and presentation seems to be more important than one's knowledge and skillset. An obnoxious air of arrogance and superiority emits from a substantial portion of the population. A great deal of importance is placed on cavorting and schmoozing. As a symptom of the problem, too much of the day is spent in meetings. Meetings to plan for other meetings. Invitations cast wider than necessary. Because of this, many folks cannot get their work done in 8 hours, so it is explicitly required that people put in a minimum of 45 hours per week. PwC might be a good fit for those who want to look pretty, talk a lot, and play the game. For those who want to put in an honest day of work and feel good about it, I advise you to look elsewhere.

If you are lucky to work for one of the few managers that hand out promotions like candy good for you. Most members of management would push you in front of a bus if it meant they could get a bigger bonus. Every month its a new group to promote some cause that you have to endure, while you sit and work long hours with no recognition because you do not belong to one of gilt laded group cause of the month.
Cons
management, lack of recognition

Pwc sdc need to improve on kind of work they get and make it clear what their expectations is. There utilization is low and hence learning curve is not good. Even there is not much of technical work.
