Very excited when earlier join the company. The bosses and HOD are all friendly and supportive. Darkside begin when have changes from top level. High turn over. Employee benefits also effected. Racist issue was extremely noticed whereby staff which same race with bosses/HOD was promoted to next level within short period of service. In term of salary, earlier on salary was credit into staff account on the date. But after a year, salary was late almost every month. This situation happens until current month.

Toxic workplace/environment

This company is good for career starter or frash graduate.Less career development & task given is the same. Bonus will be given to “favourite staff” only.Some of colleague has bad behaviour.Higher turn-over. Need to response even on weekend.

Not recommend for those who are not strong enough mentally and physicallyNo guideline/flow process, no fix job position and no training provided Need to meet the deadline of job

Political company, micro manage and won't listen or care. Top management direction keep changing. No proper direction and no true leaders to lead and work for.

Very good company, company growth during pandemic. The management getting better and training provided to the new worker and current worker. the coworker very friendly, management also supportive.The safety of employees was really have been take care. Feel safe when we go to work. The objective driven company to growth more and more. Encourage performance to driven futher.

Poor HR and politic company

Poor HR - change staff benefit without informing. - HR always share staff privacy to staff. - HR does not take care of staff benefit, welfare and so on.Management - only listen to boss review. even there are already many staff turn over due to the bosses but management still listen to bosses. - bosses will back stab you in front of management until you do not get any increment and bonuses. - All those new hired manager very rude and selfish. - A lot of two sided face people in this company.

Flexible working hour because HR never bother. HR also come very late.

Stress workplace

Their company SYSTEM ALWAYS BREAKDOWN , moreover their EMAIL MOVEMENT SLOW. Work become pending went everything getting slow, we need to face off with customer that are chasing through call.
