Group chairman is Good. Local management is somewhat different, baised one. As a foreign worker you are preferred 3rd , no job security appllied. No report or feed back for your work. Always floating foreign workers. No OH&S or No safety at work place. Intellectual foreign employees have often replaced in every 5 months.

Good place to learn, a fast paced company but horrible management. Recommended for newcomers to find experience in rubber industry No work life balance and no job security. Good benefits and no strict rules, very flexible.

Provide a lot of hands-on task, which is good for intern and fresh graduates to gain experience in fast-paced and under pressure challenge. Apart from that, a candidate needs to prepare mentally since the company expect a lot even you are just new freshmen.
