No one else was hiring and I needed a job. I should have realized that this was a bad decision because they have no screening procedures in place when hiring except going through a temp agency. The pay is low with no raises. There are people that have been employed with them for over 15 years and have received, maybe 3 raises during that time, and that’s including 2020. If you choose to work here, good luck.

This Company produce electronic goods for Motorola such walkietalkie and handphone. They provide shift (4days work and 2 days off). They provide benefit such as Maternity Leave, Overtime paid, Annual Leave and Transportation cost.

Nice surroundings workplace

Try to communicate with the operator that has been absent, could be they have problem with their supervisor or member of workplace. Dont terminated them straight away.
