Not sure about some things, sometimes unorganized. Pays good, people say its a scam just think its a buisness that needs help. Try to talk to more people. Employee are nice and friendly that will help educate you and make it non sales wich is great.

Horrible job leave while you can , only if you need a job to help you get back on your feet. That’s all. Was just not the job for me. They keep looking at you if you don’t make sales

Everyone at this job was really fun to work with always smiling always have a good work environment everyone one is helpful and understanding any questions i had being it was my first day they answered with nice directions so i wouldnt be lost over all a very good company

very friendly people

I loved the job, until the company closed it was busy creating benefits and new hire packets, reconciling benefit invoice that is all that I can say. The company closed after 3 months, as it ran out of money. It was a construction company, so they bid and jobs, and they did not get the job they wanted, so they laid everybody off. my experience working there was good, because they knew nothing about the benefits.

Great business model poor execution

The ethic behind this company is very poor. The leaders of ACES are all related to Legend Solar. As far as I know the CEO was not but everyone beneath him was. The for mentioned company was a ponzu scheme. My manager has broke more promises than I can count and that is the truth. He makes promises he can’t keep or cannot remember.

Lots of room to grow with company

Typical day at work starts off with safety meetings in the morning. We learn to work safe and as a team. Management is responsible for their crew, Work culture is basically construction working in all elements is the the hardest thing about the job. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the progress that you make as a whole

Good if you need a job

working here was good for me because it is helping me get the beginning years in my career field as those are the hardest to get. if it wasn't for my manager then I never would have stayed. it was definitely worth some of the hardships that were put up with but unless necessary, I hope I don't need to work there again.

Productive and very easy going.

A typical day at work was very easy. We worked when we wanted to work because if we wanted to sell solar panels then we would have to work all day for about 7 hour. It was hard persuading someone to buy solar panels. I only got paid $11.50 an hour and for each solar panel I sold I made $2,000 in commission. That would only happen once a month maybe every other month.

Overall good experience

A decent environment. There are opportunities for career advancement for those who show initiative. Hectic work schedule at times but that is the nature of the business

Good place

Great place to work, I really enjoy what I was doing, helping others with their hours, issues, understand each single person. Helping and supporting each worker, providing time cards, payroll discrapancys, orientations, submitting paper work.

Easy Going

The days are long but the pay is worth it. Nothing about the job is hard. Being outside all day during the summer can take a toll on someone but you get used to it.

Unpredicable

Fine company but very unpredictable.i had some bad days but it is a part of work.Work under pressure is something i learnt from this company.Management is the key to success.It was a asian culture. Dealing with people who do not cooperate.Job is job u have enjoy it.

energy saving

marketing and selling water heaters which operated with solar energy the work was very interested that man make a very helpful work to the environment and minimize the non-renewable energy as possible

Good people great work environment

They had excellent training and good management.But no reimbursement for fuel and we covered the whole state. From logan to cedar city, you might have an appointment in ogden and same day one in springville that was two hours apart.

Relaxed work place

Everyone was always polite . Fast working environment. Office unity and friendly. The flexible work schedule was always perfect. Office noise was always low with little disturbance.

Productive work place

Working at level solar was a healthy experience. I learned a lot about about sales, negotiating and customer reactions/ interests. The hours were not the best and the management needed improvement.

It was a very productive career. Easy learning and fast pase. Flexible hours. Made me feel very comfortable. Learned how to keep conversation going and make sure customers stayed satisfied
