Typical Day at Work Check Daily Sales Report and report to Regional Manager and Senior Showroom Manager Update sales assistants on monthly sales target and target achieved daily Give morning briefing, check staffs attendance and do necessary staffs allocation if there is staffs absent Update all staffs if there is new memo from HQ like price change/new arriving stocks and etc. Have product sharing session with staffs if there is new stocks arriving. Get feedback from staffs about customer's compliments or complaint Make sure all stocks are arranged accordingly and reachable to customers Make sure that all prices are correct and up to date for any promotion/clearance Check and acknowledge Stock Replenishment by Departments by referring to Stock Propose to Order Check and acknowledge Stock Request from other showroom and own showroom for Customer's Order QC all stocks before packing for delivery Liaise with Logistic Department to make sure that Customer's Delivery is on time. Liaise with CCD Team to improve showroom displays to meet customers shopping experience Build rapport relationship with customers and get them to become one of our Business Partner if they have a business nature that is related to our company to increase the company's customers database. Liaise with Repair Department and Report to Senior Manager and Warehouse on defect/broken items Monitor the overall flow of the showroom operation. Hardest Part Of the Job It's more challenging to train old staffs than new staffs especially when company is implementing new rules or procedures.

Travelling allowance are given as a supporting team, Meal allowance are also given if required to work full shift, Special Rewards are given by company other than Bonus, so as Best Staffs, Best Showrooms and etc

Career Advancement is more likely to be given to those who is willing to be transferred only

The best part of my job is my teammates, I am so fortunate to be part of the team that despite everyone's differences and eccentricities . We get a lot of challenges-worl load and the pressure to be perfect, But I see them as opportunities to see how far we can push ourselves , excel what we do and be stronger as a team
