Full of benefits, great working culture and fun working environment.

Previously work at Starbucks Coffee Bukit Mertajam was a great experience for me. My senior and manager was very helpful. I had a fun working environment as less stress doing my job. Starbucks Coffee is a good company to work because of its stability for many years. Full of benefits for the staff.

Good Working environment

i have been working in Starbucks twice before this, and as for my experience working there it was very fun and happy go lucky working environment, most of the people tought that when we work as barista or waiter or others social work you couldn't get much knowledge or self improvement, well they wrong... even thought i work and resign from Starbucks twice due to continue study , i actually learn quite a lot of soft skills that can help my in my future, which is communication, team work, multitasking , and much more. Really recommended to all the spm leaver to work there while waiting for continue study or others things that u want to do in your life.

Productive and effective

As a barista, i cater with customer's favorite coffee which enlightens their need and heart. Here, barista is also a rotating cashier as well. Therefore, a very good presentation, communication and ethical customer service is very crucial because as a front liner in such sector, i have to delight the customers to be more customer-oriented.
